Hello,
According to previous year cutoffs of various IITs, with 967 rank in GATE 2020 it will be very difficult to get any course in any IITs as usually the seats of all course are filled by 600-700 rank.
However you might get less popular courses in lower ranked NITs.
These are based on 2019 ranks and might change this year.
