Dear Anurag, ideally students who have passed he qualifying examination from the institutions located in UP or students of those parents who hold a domicile of UP can apply for UPSEE. Also students who don't hold a domicile of UP and who haven't studied in UP also are eligible for UPSEE provided their Natiinality is Indian/NRI/FN/PIO. These students can only apply for 10% of the sanctioned seats in private institutions affliated to AKTU. They also aren't eligible for any reservations per se. Such candidates will be allotted seats based on merit. So just to answer your question, if you qualify in UPSEE, based on your merit, you are eligible to get admission under 10% of the sanctioned seats in private colleges affliated to AKTU.
