My parents belong from W.B n I am staying in Delhi with them for 18 years. Will it be possible for me to get a domicile certificate of W.B?

When applying for a domicile certificate, the following documents has to be submitted along with the application form.
1) residential proof of land
2)identity Proof (PAN card, Driving license, Voter card, Ration card, Passport).
3) birth Certificate.
4)Passport size photograph.
If your parents have these certificates then you can apply for domicile for that particular state.
