MY PCB group percentage is 45% and PCBE is 55% iam a repeater am.i eligible for NEET2020

You haven't mentioned your Category. You should score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. So with an aggregate of 45%, you are eligible for NEET only if belong to OBC,SC,ST,PWD Categories. But if you belong to General Category, unfortunately you are not eligible for NEET 2020.
