My pcm marks are less than 150 can i get a architecture college.

It depends on the college you want to get into. If your marks are required for admission, it will be combined with the entrance exam. After that if you meet the criterion for admission into that particular college, you can go the office and get in the college.

But now the registration process is through cap round center where i cannot apply for college due do eligibility criteria

No, there are some colleges where the admission process is underway. You need to look for them and apply. I can't tell you the details as I don't know about your areas and the location which would be better for you. That is something you need to figure out and then look for colleges accordingly.
