Hello,
Since you belong to general category, so 116 marks in JEE mains will not be enough to get you into any of the NIT's.
And since your percentage in 12th is 70%, you are not fulfilling the eligibility criteria of JEE mains, for general/OBC category candidates, q minimum of 75% must be there in their 12th boards. You are not going to get any NIT's in any way.
