my percentage in btech was 68% I selected in the company Which have 70% eligibilty criteria ...I have a joining letter with me ..should I join the company or not

You can join the company if you have got the offer letter.Many of the companies prioritize the skills of the candidates. The offer letter will be awarded after all the rounds of exam and interviews.If you are ready to join there you can accept the offer.
