In order to get admission in top NITs/IITs/IIITs anf GFTIs you should have 75% marks in your board exam or you should be in top 20 percentile. For SC/ST you should have 65% marks in your board exam.
If you want you can give your improvement exam to be eligible in these colleges.
You can apply in DTU and NSIT they consider JEE Main score to provide admission but counselling is through JAC Delhi. To be eligible in these colleges you should have secured at least 60% aggregate marks or more in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at your class 12th. There is relaxation of marks for reserved category as well.
You can also appear in your state level entrance exam to take admission in government colleges.
