My percentile in JEE Main 2019 is 99.74. Can I get a decent NIT College with this?

Since JEE Main is happening twice this year in various shifts on various days the exact cutoff percentile for NIT (National Institute of Technology) cannot be predicted now.

Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 874469 /100.

On the basis of rank only the the college is decided.
