My percentile in jee mains 2019 is 96.53.my crl rank is 39000.my ews rank is 4900.can I get hbtu kanpur civil?

As this is first year for the implementation of ews quota so its difficult to predict that with the quota can you get your desired college with your desired branch or not.

But yes with your general rank there is a chance for you to get admission into hbtu kanpur ,
With your desired branch in civils .
It might be possible that you got alloted in spot round but though with that ews quota you will definitely get civil branch in hbtu.
