It is difficult to tell you the exact qualifying marks for JEE Advanced as JEE Main exam is being conducted twice for the first time.
However, as per your percentile and category, you might be eligible to qualify for the Advanced exam but this is not clear. Nothing can be said exactly before the results of the April exam.
