My percentile is 82.898 am i able to attempt JEE advanced??

It would be difficult to predict the JEE Advanced qualifying marks as JEE main exam is being conducted twice for the first time.
However, with this percentile score your chances seems to be less to qualify for the Advanced exam. i would suggest you to appear for the JEE Main april exam as well and aim to perform better in that exam.
