At this percentile, your rank must range around 78000 or so.at this rank, it would be impossible for you to score a government college's seat.
You should prefer colleges which can provide good amount of exposure in such a case.
Some brilliant options for you in such a case would be Jaypee international institute of technology Guna or Noida.
