It would be difficult to tell you the exact JEE Main qualifying marks. JEE Main qualifying cutoff will be declared by NTA along with the scores of the JEE Main April exam.
However, 85 percentile score is considered to be a decent score to qualify for the Advanced exam as per the experts of various leading coaching institutes but this is also not clear. Nothing can be said exactly before the results of JEE Main April exam.
According to this, you should appear for the JEE Main April exam also and try to perform better in that exam.
