Hello Dear,

As you have not mentioned the competative exam which you appear and the category in which you have applied so I am considering it as MHTCET and you in a general category. As your percentile is very low you can get private colleges or some colleges by management quota. As you wanted a college in Mumbai then you can try out of these colleges:

Saraswati College of engineering

AC Patil

KLE institute of technology

Mahatma Gandhi Institute of technology
