Hello aspirant. I don't really have an idea about rank as GEC Raipur announces cut off marks, hence 108-110 would be a safe score to secure a seat in CSE department of GEC Raipur. Last year the cut off was 103 for general while 81 for SC/ST. Even if you are close you may get other core branches like ECE, etc.

Well that belongs to your category. If you are not general then you have higher chances of getting a seat with this much marks. For general candidates, I won't say it's impossible but it is tough. Keep praying I'll say. Best of luck
