Sorry aspirant but according to your percentile there is no chance if your category is general because for general category cut is approximate is 89percentile ,for obc category cut off is also 78percentile and if you are from general and obc category so you are not qualified in jee mains and if you are not qualified in jee mains so you can not give exam of jee advance and can not get seat in IIT .
But if your category is sc/St so you are eligible for jee advance 2019 .
