If your SC rank is 371 than you can surely get into IIT now it depends on you
If CS, you can get Indore or Gandhinagar
If Mech, you can get Roorkee
If Electrical, you can get Roorkee
If Chemical, Aerospace, Civil, you can get Bombay.
