    The followings branches are available for M.TECH in Electrical Engineering:-

    1. Power System
    2. Power Electronics and drives
    3. Control system
    4. Renewable energy Technology

    If you have interested in industry job purpose then you have to prefer Renewable energy Technology.

    Many top government university provide M.TECH , but for that you must qualify GATE with good ranking.. But If you have interested in private universities then, Career Point University kota is best.
