You would not be able to get scolarship in the Coimbatore campus as it closes at approx 1500 ranks itself.
You would however be getting any branch your choice in the Coimbatore campus through the state quota.
The JEE scores have been taken into consideration starting this year,so one can't accurately predict if you would be able to secure scholarships with it or not.
