My rank in Air is 9007 in Obc it is 1753.what is chance to get admission in IITs in Delhi or other In mechanical engineering please tell

You cannot get IIT Delhi with this rank but you will definitely get a good IIT with this rank, that too in mechanical branch. And definitely you will get the advantage of being an OBC candidate. All the best.
