My rank in CEE 2019 is 796 and score is 141. How do I know if I am eligible for counselling ? How and where would I possible get a seat?

Hello Akangsha
First of all congratulations on securing a very good rank in CEE exam. And as you have said your rank is 796 which is pretty good with this rank you can easily get a seat on any college therefore you required to choose a preferable branch of a college and you will get the seat, but you may or may not get CSE branch on AEC rather than there is no issue. Make your documents ready for verification. Hope it helped you.

Will I be informed about the counselling process through a mail or something?? Or will I have to apply separately again to become eligible for counselling??

No nothing like that counseling date will be announced on local news paper according to marks, rank and caste they will give dates and you will have to act accordingly. You have report on the given centre with Necessary documents.
