Well 19,000 is not a good rank.especially in this period of rat race where everyone is trying to work harder than you.To get a seat in cse branch you should get a very low rank because it is one of the leading branches.so there is not much possibility that you will get a seat in cse,but you can go for other branches.

The first priority for seat allocation would be ranking.region won't play a crucial role.No worries you can get a seat in some decent college.
Are you joking.... Hk region plays crucial role in seat allotment and never misguide others. He can get definitely good college even in CSE branch

Before saying something please read carefully.i said first priority will be given to ranking,but HK region won't play a CRUCIAL role.I can definitely say that with 19k ranking getting a seat in cse branch in top colleges is highly difficult.All to the guidance are given after complete research Kishan.
