Hello,
There is no reservation of candidates belonging from Delhi region in COMEDK UGET. Reservation is for the candidates who are from Karnataka and Hyderabad regions only. In your case, your counseling and admission would be done on the basis of General merit candidates only.
According to 2018 cutoffs of COMEDK, with a rank of 41508, you can not get CSE at the top most reputed colleges of Bangalore but you can get some other branches. For example you can get EIE and Civil engineering at Bangalore Institute of Technology. You can also get Mechanical engineering at Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology. You can get CSE at some other colleges like Bangalore College of Engineering and Technology, Don Bosco Institute of Technology etc. Similarly, you can have a seat at many other colleges too.
