My rank in IPU CET is 22K, out side Delhi General.Which college may I get for CSE

Your chances are quite low of getting a college in IPU as your rank is little high.
And you're a outside delhi student so this adds up for not getting a college your rank must be below 14000 then only you can get a good college.
