my rank in jee advanced is 13173 ,will i be able to get an iit(if then with which branch) .I am a girl

You qualified jee advance so you are eligible to take admission in IIT but this will be based on your rank.
As per your rank its difficult to get iit but as this year reservation for girls is introduced so there is possibility.
