My rank in jee main is 53963 and 103 marks in Gen. is there any chance to get admission in Government colleges in Himachal Pradesh?

You would definitely be getting CSE(dual) , mechanical etc. as per ur choice, only if ur state of eligibility is Himachal Pradesh in NIT hamirpur, other wise its impossible to get admission with such a rank for a student from other state.
