My rank in jee mains under ews category is 4500. Which nits i can get admission in and which would be best to join??

You will get average NITs with your mentioned rank. It is better to join those colleges which are in well established towns and are closer to industries and market to make ease in career and placement. Depending on that and infrastructure you may select college as almost all average NITs will provide similar career options with a very less margin of difference.
