Congratulations as being under top 3000 in JEE ADVANCED is the most amazing thing you have got. You surely can get some top IIT,though not the top branches in them. Just think of what branch you want to pursue. I would advise not to compromise with the branch.

You can definitely get admission in the top 5 IITs, in streams like electrical, mechanical and civil engineering. Getting CSE, or other very in-demand courses, because the cut-offs are very high. But if the course is more important to you than the top 5 IITs, you can go for other IITs with relatively lower cutoffs, and try. All the best!
