Hi Puneet Sharma, I am sorry to say that from last year trend in NEET PG you cant get MS general surgery in government colleges under general category ib government colleges but you can get in private colleges though,the candidate who got 53005 last year got general surgery in Sree Balaji Medical College and Hospital Chennai, Hope this helps, good luck
