My rank in nrti is 31 in waiting list of SC will I get chance of admission or not

As you have stated that your rank in waiting list is 31 and that too in a category quota for National Rail Transportation Institute (NRTI),you have chances for procuring a seat in bsc or bba depending on the procedure of application. But your chances are thin and you are on the verge here. So you must at least set some plan for backup in case you do not get a seat alloted for you.
