This rank is too low to secure a seat in any nit ,you can get a seat in north eastern nits like nit meghalaya, nit tripura, nit arunachal Pradesh, nit Sikkim if you have a state quota. Otherwise chances are low.
You can take a drop or try in private colleges which accept jee mains marks.

Sorry to say you that your chances for getting any NIT is very very low. Generally all NITs closes before rank of 15000 in OBC category.
Your rank is vary far from this. So you have very low chances for getting any seat in any NITs.
