My rank in special category list is BC007# in b.com hons.So will my waiting be cleared?

Yes you surely can get through the waiting list with special category waiting of 7. You might need to wait longer as the number of rounds usually extends late and meanwhile don't kill your other options and keep on trying at other places also. You cannot be 100% sure about allotment.
