According to your rank, you are not eligible to get admission in government colleges but there are chance for you to apply in top private universities like MGIT ,CVR, Shreneedhi etc., You can get MECHANICAL,CIVIL, BIOTECH in these universities easily.

With this rank, you have very less chances that you may get a government college. You can wait till last rounds of counselling.
