Sorry to say but with this rank there no possibility of you getting cse in VIT vellore and chennai campus as for that you need to have a rank below 7-8k. The cutoffs for new campuses of VIT like amravati is comparetively low than vellore and chennai but even in them getting cse with this rank is a bit difficult. However I suggest you to take counseling you might get cse in any compus there's nothing wrong in trying your luck.
