Top colleges means what? top 3, top 5 or top 10?
But as far as your rank says you wont be dissatisfied with your college beacuse with 10K rank its sure that you will get atleast a decent college.You can expect ECE in :
- SIT, Tumkur.
- DSCE, Bangalore.
- NMIT, Bangalore.
- NIE Mysore.
- Acharya
- etc etc.
that is you will get ECE in almost all the colleges except some of the top 3 colleges.
