My rank is 12500 in common rank list. Is there any chance to get any iit college??

Since you have not mentioned any category I assume that you are asking for general category. For the rank of 12500 in CRL for a general candidate,you won't be able to cross the cutoff of any IIT or NIT. You can get into any state government college or maybe DTU if you are a Delhi Citizen. You can either choose a state government college that you like or you can try to ace the exam next year.

If your general category rank is 12500 and if you are not from reserved category then you will not get iit because for getting iit you rank should be under 10000 and if you are  from reserved category then your category rank should be under 10000.
