my rank is 13165 in KEAMS 2019. Do I have any chance of getting in govt college if I wait till the last cutoff

It may depend on the branch you prefer and college.

According to last year cutoffs you will have chances in Govt college Idukki etc depending on branches.

Every year the closing ranks may vary based on the no of applicants, no of seats etc.
