Sure you can get admission in Biotechnology. You can take admission in Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, Galgotias University etc. There are very few college that have course in Biotechnology. NIET is good option for you. You should go for Fee Waiver Seat there because your rank is good enough to secure a fee waiver seat there.
