my rank is 154465, is it any chance to get seat in VIT-vlr or chennai?

It is almost impossible to get admission at this rank. As per previous year cutoff, To get admission in VIT Vellore Campus, you have to secure rank Atleast below 50,000 and for Chennai Campus, rank must be below 55,000.
