I would personally suggest you to go for dayanand sagar as its a really good college. However, check the trend in which seats are filled it gives quite a good idea. Acharya institute of tech is also good. Yes, branch sliding is applicable but there are few constraints like there has to be a seat available in the branch you want to slide you. along with it you need to have a good CGPA.
