my rank is 3100 ece and marks 496 last year and 2016 similar rank had total of around 570

Anurag what you need to check is whether you are passing the qualifying marks this year for any institution or not because you can't use the last year marks for passing the qualifying marks. If yes with your marks you pass the qualifying marks of the institute this year then you can use your last year GATE score of 570 to take admission in the different institutes.
