My rank is 4054 my question is regarding hostel advance which is 1 lakh rupees this year and will it be refunded completely?

Admission fee of Rs.15,000/- is Non-Refundable, if a student withdraws from the hostel after booking the room (Regardless of student joining the hostel or not).

B. Withdrawal before 31-07-2019: 1 month Hostel fee and Mess charges will be deducted. Balance hostel and mess fee along with the caution deposit (after deduction of breakages if any) will be refunded.

C. Withdrawal after 31-07-2019 before 31-08-2019: 2 months Hostel fee and Mess charges will be deducted. Balance hostel and mess fee along with the caution deposit (after deduction of breakages if any) will be refunded.

D. Withdrawal after 31-08-2019 till 30-11-2019: One semester Hostel fee and Mess charges on monthly pro rata basis will be deducted. Balance hostel and mess fee along with the caution deposit (after deduction of breakages if any) will be refunded. E. Withdrawal after 30-11-2019: Hostel fee is nonrefundable. Mess charges on monthly pro rata basis will be deducted and the balance mess fee along with the caution deposit (after deduction of breakages if any) will be refunded.

Note: Hostel Fee includes Admission fee (Non-Refundable), Room Charges, General Electricity and AC Electricity Charges (applicable for AC Rooms only). Refundable amount will be remitted to the Account Number as available in the Student Profile within one month from the date of receipt of withdrawal request and on submission of original documents to the admission office.
