Sorry, you are not eligible for the Colleges that are under JEE Mains as your board percentage is below 75%. To be eligible for Colleges under jee mains you need to have atleast 75% in board exams.
You have also scored very low marks in JEE MAINS. You will not get good institute.
I would suggest you to look for other colleges or entrance examination.
