You have scored very less marks and your rank is also not upto the mark.
You can apply for state engineering counselling and take admission in private universities/colleges of your home state.
Apply for state counselling and take admission in Private college of your state.This is only possible.
Other than that if you have appeared in any entrance like BITSAT,VITEEE,SRMJEE,MANIPAL,AMITY,GITAM,UPSEE etc. you can take admission through their counselling in these colleges.
With your JEE rank you cannot get NITs/IIITs/GFTIs or any state engineering colleges/Universities.
