My rank is 45269 general.though I scored 188 marks.i belongs to odisha.which college has chance in computer science and engineering

As you stay in odisha, you can apply to IIIT Odisha through JoSAA counselling. Last year on Special Round- II Closing rank of CS and IT was 45k+.
Or else you can apply to colleges there like Trident, Silicon, ITER etc.
If you've appeared in JEE advance, then you can apply to KIIT with your JEE advanced marks too.
