My rank is 54000 in neet pg 2019. What are the chance of getting dnb clinical subjects ?

If you belong the general category only, then the chances for you of getting admission in DNB clinical subjects quite low.
The cut off for the general category doesn't really go less 30k generally. So you should keep trying for other colleges as well.
