My rank is 5525 in JEE paper 2 , and 97.8 percentile , can I get into any NIT ?

The cutoff for last NIT last year was of NIT patna, it was 2006. But if you have home state quota in Nit hamirpur them you may get it.

Generally NITs closes before 2000 and SPAs before 3000 for general cateogry. So it seems that you have very low chances for it.
