As your rank is nearly 60,000 with this rank you can get a good goverment college as per my knowledge .So you should definitely apply for that of you are interested to get admission in a good state level coverment college.Also there are chances of getting NIT or IIT colleges.so you can apply for them also.

Congo you have done pretty well in jee mains and for staters you can take part in JoSSA, you just might get a NIT or IIIT. Even if you don't get any of these are other universities particiting in JoSSA. You can get admission to these universities.

Then there are good private universities such as jaypee, Thapar etc, that will give you admission on the basis of your rank ealily.
