You are applicable for joosa because eligibility criteria is 75% in their respective board exams and qualification in jee so, you can apply for joosa counsellong but seat getting is imposible i think so becaise in your category is 73k plus so getting seat is impossible but apply seat getting is totally depend upon the luck for you.
